OUR FOUNDER
Smart Way America Realty was founded in 2009 by Don Jordan, who has been an entrepreneur for his entire business life.
First licensed in real estate at the age of 19 in New Jersey Don has owned and managed several real estate offices in NJ before moving to PA in 1990 with his wife and 3 children.
In 2004 opening the New School of Real Estate which has the distinction of being the very 1st licensed real estate school in PA to offer Online Classes years before it became common place.
The concept of Smart Way was to be an agent centric company, offering agents the tools, training and support to build their real estate businesses. With this, creating business owners allowing them to keep 100% of the commission’s they work hard to generate. Smart Way only charges agents a per transaction fee. Don has also served as Real Estate consultant and appeared in the HGTV Show
